Meeting set collections and recovery targets
Keep tracking outstanding debts (Rents).
Create trust relationships with tenants when possible to avoid future issues.
Plan course of action to recover owed money.
Issue and post bills, receipts and invoices.
Locate and contact debtors.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
Handle customers (Clients) questions or complaints.
Provide solutions to any relative problems of clients.
Write through reports on billing activity with clear and reliable data.
In case of eviction of any shop maintain all the required documents and NOCs from all concerning managers.
