Plan and execution of construction projects according to design and specifications.
Follow and implement timeframes of the project.
To Supervise the construction staff
To Train the staff in meet the required targets professionally.
The Resident Engineer will ensure the paperwork is recorded and stored properly.
To Ensure the all required testing's of construction materials according to desired specs.
The Resident Engineer required to adhere all government rules of procurement.
The PPRA rules understanding is also a job requirement.
Should posses strong leadership and Management abilities
Attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot are imperative
Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical diagrams
Evaluate construction projects and determine the best engineering method or practice to accomplish the job.
Have sound Knowledge of tools and technologies appropriate for the job.
Experienced in diagnostic and quality measuring tools.
Supervise construction staff and ensure they are properly trained in the use of all equipment .
If construction crews encounter any technical issues, the Resident Engineer should evaluate the issue and provide the appropriate solutions.
Resident Engineers must make sure their projects adhere to all government and industry standards and guidelines
