Responsibilities:

1. Model and design various components, such as pressure vessels, racks, heat exchangers, valves, and nozzles using SolidWorks (SW).

2. Ensure that manufactured products adhere to the designed models through quality control (QC) processes.

3. Monitor the performance of the refrigeration system SCADA. Alert management about any issues.

4. Oversee repairs and maintenance of various equipment such as compressors, pumps, agitators, and other components.

5. Supervise production, manage employee productivity, and optimize the utilization of the company's human resources, acting as a liaison between management and employees.

6. Fill out employee progress reports.

Qualifications:

1. B.Tech or B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.

2. Proficiency in SolidWorks (SW) for 3D modeling and design.

3. Strong understanding of thermodynamics and machine design principles.

4. Experience with or willingness to learn about repairs and maintenance of mechanical equipment.

5. Excellent resource management and communication skills.

6. Ability to work as a mechanical all-rounder, adapting to various tasks and responsibilities.
