Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via social media platforms
- Identify customer needs and help customers accordingly
- Update our internal databases with information about issues and useful discussions with customers
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
- Inform customers about new offers and deals
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
- Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
Requirements
- Experience as a Social Media Page Handler (Post uploading, Chats Handeling, Comments etc)
- Experience using Facebook/Instagram tools
- Understanding of how CRM systems work
- Excellent english writing and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Patience when handling tough cases
- Must know online chat ethics
- Must be able to generate eye catchy content according to market trend for posting
- Must have skill to write engaging captions for posts.
