Job Responsibilities:

To strategize and come up with creative content ideas for the company’s multiple social media platforms.
Work with the artist, label and content creator to help promote current or old content.
Translate metrics and analysis into actionable plans.
Help maintain a database of all artists, label, content creators as a whole.
Posting a weekly schedule of maintaining and updating company and artist S.M platforms like FB, Insta, YT, Bandcamp, Spotify, soundcloud. Tiktok etc
Reporting back to the manager on trends, major new items.
Collaborating closely with other teams supporting operational interactions with artist and labels.

Qualification & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing & communications with 1 year of experience
Strong grasp of social media interfaces and trends.
High attention to detail and able to manage multiple, competing tasks that are result orientated.
Proactive attitude, with a keen willingness to get the job done.
A passion for music is must.
