Job Description

Maintain Purchase Ledger
Supplier Statement Reconciliations
Manage invoice queries via phone and email
Process Purchase Invoices, Payments, Seeking authorizations
Calculate Monthly Accruals
Maintain Fixed Asset Register
Liaise with Customers, Suppliers & Factoring company
Perform Stock Reconciliations
Reporting directly to Finance Manager in the UK
Office Admin Tasks

Person Specification

A strong educational background at least CA / ACCA / ACMA / CIMA Part qualified
Fluent in spoken and written English language skills
At least 3 years experience of working in a similar position
Knowledge of computerised software
Excellent computing skills: Microsoft Excel at an advanced level (e.g., Power Queries, and Power Pivot Tables), PowerPoint and ERP systems at a high standard
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly numerate
Excellent data management skills
