What does role look like?
The position will encompass a wide range of duties, most notably general office admin and Logistics support.
These include:
- Data input to computerised accounting system
- Scan and attach documents
- Contact haulers by phone and email to check their availability
- Price negotiations with the haulers
- Transport daily monitoring
- Warehouse monitoring
- New transport acquisition
- Database management
- Update and send reports
- Reconcile reports
What are we looking for in an individual?
- Computer literate (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Fluent in English language (spoken as well as written)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Excellent time management skills
- Enthusiasm to carry out the most basic of tasks
- Determination and desire
- Confident
