Student Counselor

We are looking for FEMALEStudent Counselorto join our growing team.

• We require the applicant to be energetic, result oriented, self-motivated, ambitious and hardworking.

• The applicants will not only be given Basic Salary but also other financial performance based incentives if they are actively achieving given targets.
• The applicant will be performing role as`Student Counselor`in the field of Education and Immigration Consultancy.

Who is eligible?

• Having minimum TWO years of experience. (preferable)
• Having Bachelor degree. (preferable)
• Having good command onEnglish, Urdu, Pashtolanguage(compulsory)
• Having must have Computer and Internet surfing skills.(compulsory)
• Having should have strong Interpersonal and Communication skills.(compulsory)
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, travel and manage time effectively.(compulsory)

Your primary duties will include:

• Contacting students who have registered an interest in our courses to schedule interviews
• Providing prospective students with detailed information about their chosen courses
• Carry out outbound phone campaigns directed at specific target students
• Providing Student counseling and career counseling to the perspective applicants.
• Assessing student's qualifications to match with university entry requirements.
• Maintaining students visit records and follow up with the students via phone, SMS or email.
• Conduct webinars, online interviews (video and voice) professionally and educate our market
• Liaise with the Student Office to validate documentation throughout the enrolment process
• Advise prospecting students on their course options and encouraging enrolment where appropriate
• Once students have accepted their offer, coordinate closely with students / University to remove conditions on the offer by collecting missing documents and forms and move students to the next stage of their student journey.
• Promoting partner institutions via exhibition, school visits, university visits and in dealing with walk in clients.
• Promoting different offers via social media.
• Understanding application processes and assisting students online enrollment.
• Providing support to the applicants with the entrance test of the universities.
• Preparing the applicants with the credibility interview preparation.
• Follow up with universities on status of applications, assistance on issuance of offer letters.
• Facilitating students with visa applications.
• Organizing and assisting company events: Seminars, Exhibitions, Webinars and/or any other relevant activities.
• Documenting all calls and communication with students in CRM
• Meet a recruitment target of a certain number of students each academic intake
• Be the main point of contact for your list of prospective students in the enrolment process
