Responsible for new business development and retaining the customers by performing the responsibilities in customer support
Manage the client relationship through all phases of the advertising campaign
Responsible for collecting customer information, forecasts, reports etc
Assist in planning and implementing marketing strategy, including advertising and PR
Respond to and follow up inquiries by telephone and personal visits
Develop and maintain existing and new customers through planned individual account support
Assist the Marketing Manager in monitoring and arranging the distribution of promotional materials
To maintain, build and update customer mailing databases
Assist in carrying out market research to assess demand, brand positioning, awareness and to identify advertising
