We are looking for an experienced and passionate Front end developer with 1-3 years of industry experience. Must have experience with front end technologies like HTML, CSS, Javascript/Jquery. You will be responsible for building the ‘client-side’ of our web applications. We expect you to be a tech-savvy professional, who is curious about new digital technologies and aspires to combine usability with visual design.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Work closely with design and development teams to create elegant, usable, responsive and interactive interfaces across multiple devices.
Turning UI/UX designs into prototypes, creating excellent interactive websites, writing reusable content modules and maintainability of the code.
Help back-end developers with coding and troubleshooting
Write code to implement visual elements into various web applications
Optimize websites and applications to ensure fast loading speeds
Maintain websites and implement any necessary additions or enhancements
Identify and troubleshoot various website issues and coding problems
Maintain updated knowledge of the development industry and any advancements in technology
Implement UI development principles to ensure that the web client-side serves at scale.
Review and optimize the web applications by monitoring keymetrics and rectifying the issues proactively.
An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and bring in optimal flow for rapidly changing design/ technology.
Must be a self-starter & be able to work with minimum supervision

Desired Skills:

1 to 3 years of relevant work experience as a web developer, UI developer, JavaScript expert or front-end engineer
Solid grasp of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and various content management systems like wordpress
Proficiency with UI layouts, SASS, LESS, Bootstrap, and CSS GRID system
Proficient with JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery, Angular etc
Experience debugging using JavaScript-based tools like Chrome Developer Console
Understanding of the entire web development process, with an emphasis on front end design and development
Having complete understanding of responsiveness and mobile first approach
Willingness to troubleshoot and solve complex problems
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Flexibility to adapt to changing instructions and requirements
Excellent knowledge of cross browser troubleshooting and debugging practices and techniques
Knowledge of graphics software such as Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator etc is a plus
Knowledge of SEO principles is a plus
