Accountant (UK) - PakistanOur dynamic accountancy practice, unlike traditional firms, goes beyond routine compliance and month-end tasks. We serve as an outsourced finance function, actively involved in credit control, Accounts Payable (AP), addressing customer queries, and seamlessly handling standard compliance and month-end responsibilities.

Proactive Task Management: Staying on top of tasks, actively chasing clients, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Meticulous note-taking, memo creation, and timely completion of all assigned tasks.

Financial Expertise:

Proficiency in the preparation of financial accounts (under FRS 102 or 105) or IFRS
Proven track record of working at either a large accountancy practice or a large corporation. We will check your employment background thoroughly!
Ability to prepare and review management accounts for direct client delivery.
Thoroughly double-checking all work to ensure accuracy and error-free results.

Team Management:

Supervising and mentoring a team member to facilitate their professional development.
UK VAT Understanding:
A solid grasp of UK VAT, including familiarity with different VAT codes.
Good to have
Knowledge of Xero accounting software.
UK Accountancy Background

Qualifications

CA - Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (We are not interested in ACCA unless you can prove why you didn't study with your employer to get a CA)
Degree at one of the top 10 Pakistani Universities
Intermediate Examinations - at least 70%
