We required experienced Project Sales Executive (Male,female) for our new project.

Responsibilities:

Providing guidance and assisting buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
Determining clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
Identify Sales opportunities by understanding consumer requirements, competitor's share, strengths and weaknesses; forecast business growth and establishing targeted market share.
Cultivate a strong knowledge of all the company’s priorities and marketing needs to enhance the Company Sales.
Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing Requirements:
Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson Proven track of successful sales record
Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
Pleasant and trustworthy

(Good Salary Package will be offered Based on Experience)

Office based on-site position
