The Bitrix CRM Functional Consultant is responsible for the implementation of Dynamics CRM solutions.

iplementation of the CRM system and to ensure that all business requirements are addressed
Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts to review & finalize functional specification for required implementation
Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements and development of user stories
Develop work-breakdown structures
Provide risk assessment
Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software
Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the solution
Work with teammates in the migration of legacy applications to CRM
Train CRM business users
Provide second and third-level support to business users
Troubleshoot and resolve data and system configuration issues
