Maxcon Consulting locally known as Skylines Tech has recently established its footprints in pakistan by acquiring partnership with Oracle to market and cloud based ERP solution named NetSuite
We are looking for a Manager Sales to strenghthen the ERP business in Pakistan market. The candidate should have following skills and must comply to the job description as below
Mandatory Pre requisites:
Atleast 5-7+ years experience in selling leading ERP solutions.
Must have proven record of achieving preferably exceeding sales targets
Extra ordinary networker, passion to meet new people, attending events, door to door mind set.
Door opener, knows how to reach the decision maker.
Must have very strong knowledge of business processes and able to demonstrate the first level of system demo to prospects.
Need to be familiar with KPIs, CRM management and reporting parameters
You must master the art of persistence.
The job is 80% field and 20% office based, please apply if you have aptitude for such assignment.
Door to door sales visits to present Maxcon services, initial introduction, demo and evaluate customer requirement.
Identify and meet Commercial customer needs by presenting products, services or ideas in a manner that clearly shows how they would meet the needs, provide benefits, and build confidence.
Prepare and submit proposal that follows the business requirements, all proposals need to have direct connect with client budgets.
Engage technical teams to prepare customised demonstration of Maxcon Services for prospects.
Continuous follow up on existing leads to convert them in to confirmed orders.
Log all activities in time in CRM.
Provide feedback and input to Director of Sales and other business partners regarding competitive information, product suggestions and other services to strengthen Maxcon’s market position.
Prepares accurate, legible and timely reports as required by management. Recognizes that this activity is an integral part of the position’s responsibility
Maintains a close liaison and coordinates with Maxcon Management regarding customer problems or concerns while suggesting possible solutions
Travel throughout assigned territory making sales calls that best position Maxcon’s Customer Promise, products and services; overcome or minimize objections, and address unique needs and preferences of key decision makers
