Managing inbound calls in a timely manner, Identifying customers’ needs and to provide solutions.

Candidate with one year experience will be preferred.

Responsibilities:

Demonstrates skills to understand information and process the details .
Solve problems using procedures provided in call center manual
Maintains positive relations in all communications with internal and external clients/customers to enhance our business relationship.
Accurately handling customer details.
Prospective candidates must have:
Good English language skills
Preferably Good typing skills.
Ability to use Computers, Internet, Ms Word etc.
Sales experience preferred, with demonstrated success in an inside sales role.
Preferably one year of experience working in the call center industry.
Good communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer services skills

Office Timingfrom 12:30 PM - 11:30PMWorking 9 Hrs for each consultant
