Purpose

The Customer Support Representative is one of the most important positions within the company. Support team members work in our call center in order to provide 24/7 support to our global client base. The main channels of support that we provide are phone, text, email and live chat.

Successful candidates have a naturally occurring client-first attitude and can work well under pressure. This position is the direct connection between the client and the company and requires a positive attitude to rise above everything else.

Description and Job Duties

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, text, Live Chat, and email.
  • Provide superior customer service in response to all customer inquiries.
  • Navigate our administrative site to ensure orders are accurate, client questions are answered, and clients are happy with their orders.
  • Manually process orders when necessary.
  • Submit verification requests for orders with specific criteria.
  • Communicate with editorial staff about specific orders.

Required Skills

  • Competency in MS Word and basic computer knowledge.
  • Superior communication skills and decorum.
  • Ability to follow clear instructions.
  • Ability to work in a team setting, as well as individually.
  • Agility while working to improve mistakes.
  • Experience in customer service; any specific experience engaging with customers on a daily basis is definitely a plus.

Organizational Structure

This position reports directly to the Supervisor, who reports to the COO. Customer Support Representatives work parallel to the Editors and will have direct communication with them throughout each shift. 

Work Environment

This is a local position in Rawalpindi. Our office is conveniently located at 6th Road, 1 min walk from Metro. The office staff includes Customer Support, Tech Support, the Office Manager, and HR.
