We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer proficient in Figma to join our team on a part-time basis. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs that enhance the overall user experience of our digital products. Your primary focus will be on designing intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma.
Create wireframes, interactive mockups, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging design technologies.
Ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines throughout the development process.
Collaborate with developers to implement designs and provide necessary design assets.
Assist in creating design documentation, such as style guides and design patterns.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
Proficiency in Figma, including the ability to create design systems, components, and interactive prototypes.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Strong visual design skills with an eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
Knowledge of responsive design principles and designing for multiple platforms (web and mobile).
Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions to stakeholders.

Work Schedule and Compensation: This position is part-time, with flexible working hours to accommodate your availability. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and negotiated based on an hourly rate.
