Chase Customer for overdue invoices
Send regular statements to the customers
Resolve customer queries over phone / email
Process customer receipts

Person Specification

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience;

At least Masters Degree (preferably in Finance)
Fluent in English language
Confident communicator who can build strong relationship with the customers
At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of double entry
Experience of NetSuite
Attention to detail
High level of accuracy
