Key Responsibilities

Define product strategy and formulate a vision for new features
Formulate user stories for the feature and present product strategy to the team
Customer discovery interview regarding feature design
Product analytics investigation to define revenue growth opportunities
Organize the communication process with stakeholders and within the team
Systematize product requirements to define a clear scope of features to be delivered
Introduce a transparent product decision-making process
Provide competitor analysis and market research for clear product decisions
Prepare product descriptions and necessary documentation for the team
Collect and organize data and analytics
Collaborate with UX design team to conceptualize user experience, communicate high-level requirements
Collaborating with a globally diverse team, working in multiple time zones What We Value
Someone who has built products and is experienced in storyboarding
Handle requirements and convert requirements to flows, sketches, and mockups.
Coming from a tech background with product and user experience or coming from design background and moved to user experience and product development.
Understanding of native as well as Hybrid Mobile App Platforms will be added advantage
Experience working in Agile methodology
Experience working closely with Engineering, Design and Business Operations to plan, build and launch products that create powerful consumer experiences. Other Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or related fields
3+ years of experience in the translation of business visions and complex concepts into technical requirements, including previous roles as Business or Product Analyst
3+ years of experience in Agile environment
Proven experience to create transparency using Information radiators for example: help teams creating velocity tracking and graphs (e.g. Sprint Burndown, Release Burndown) using either Agile project management software (e.g. JIRA) or advanced Microsoft Excel skills so that the team(s) can monitor the progress themselves
Able to quickly grasp new technology and apply it to the product
Able to manage multiple distributed teams
Availability to start working within 30 days of receiving an offer
