As we are a new start-up in Pakistan, we provide support services to our customers in our

Office in Pakistan Islamabad. Every day, our team of experienced employees call our

Customers in the relevant language and provide support services in line with their needs.

What we want to see in you:

Responsibilities:

Effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs and demands
Answer customer support queries and calls in a professional manner
Research required information using available resources
Accurately manage and resolve customer issues
Route calls to the appropriate resource
Adhere to standard operating procedures required by the process and organization

Job Requirements:

O Levels/Matric or above
Fluent in English in Japanese (verbal only)
Excellent English Written and Verbal Communication
Able to use computer and office programs.
Strong interpersonal skills. Sales representatives need a mix of both verbal communication and listening skills
Neutral accent

Salary is from 50000 to 60000 Basic – Bonus will be added on after Target Achievement

Training will be provided – Financial Trade platform. US Forex, Crypto currency

Timings are from 9:00am to 6:00pm – Sat Sunday Off – Morning Shift -

4 to 5 days Training for the candidate for trading standards.
