With SmartEnds IoT technology, businesses can remotely monitor certain parameters and take actions to improve their business gains. The End to End solution consist of wireless sensor devices (hardware and firmware), Wireless Network infrastructure and SmartEnds Cloud Platform. Our Engineering and Design center is located in Belgium. Sales office is located in United Arab Emirates and R&D centre is based in Pakistan.

We are looking for a “Team Leader” to build and lead a team of in-house specialists & freelancers focused on brand communication in our core markets (EU + US). You will be working from our R&D Centre based in Lahore, Pakistan. You will play a key role in developing and executing the projects for the clients which will be dictated to you by the company CEO Bryan Cassady and CTO Noman Ahmed.

You will also be asked to help grow product portfolio strategy, plan and execute product development roadmap.

What you will do:

• Be a professional representation of our CTO across Pakistan.

• Speak to Noman Ahmed (CTO) regularly via Skype.

• Lead, develop and maintain motivating the team to get the right output

• Maintain the positive and entrepreneurial company culture of entrepreneurs

• Groom the rising talent of pioneers and facilitate them to become better

• Loves criticism and use it to improve oneself

• Create brand awareness in the region

• Develop and execute the projects on time

• Work towards deadlines and use your own creativity to do so

• Day-to-day management of all software and hardware development of all product lines

• Supervise the third parties, suppliers and subcontractors to get good quality deliverables

• Manage project & brand specific agency budgets

• Analyze business needs and media landscape to create plans that raise our profile across the globe

• Document and report results to the Sales Director (monthly report)

Your profile:

• A graduate from a recognised University in Electrical Engineering or related field

• Hands On experience with embedded systems Software, firmware or hardware

• 5 to 8 years of experience leading technical teams.

• Relevant work experience in Startups or Hardware tech industry

• Excellent English communication, presentation and writing skills

• Highly self-driven and able to deliver lean solutions in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail

• An understanding of product development & lifecycle management

• Passionate and hungry to make things happen (A go-getter)

• If you are a pioneer or creator (even if failed) you will be prefered

Working Hours : 9 am to 5 pm (Monday - Saturday)
