Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to attract clients interested in working outside Pakistan and pursuing scholarships in Europe and Asia.
Handle incoming calls and emails with a focus on customer service, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed target goals, converting leads into clients by showcasing our services' value.
Manage and maintain client databases, ensuring all interactions are logged and followed up on.
Coordinate with international partners and institutions to stay updated on the latest opportunities and requirements.
Organize and maintain office operations and procedures, including but not limited to, filing systems, supply requisitions, and office upkeep.
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information to support decision-making processes.
Represent the company in local and international forums, seminars, and workshops, enhancing our brand's visibility and network.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing, sales, and office administration, preferably within a consultancy or education sector.
Strong command of English and [Local Language], both verbal and written. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of clients and partners.
Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
Highly organized, with a knack for multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and initiative.
