Social Prizm, a dynamic digital marketing agency, seeks a highly skilled Facebook and Google Ads Expert with a proven track record in generating leads and driving e-commerce sales for US clients. As part of our team, you will design, implement, and optimize campaigns on Facebook, Google, and other platforms to achieve exceptional results. Your expertise in lead generation, e-commerce sales, and US audience targeting is crucial for success.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize highly effective Facebook and Google Ads campaigns for US clients to generate leads and drive e-commerce sales.
  • Conduct thorough market research and audience analysis for US demographics to optimize targeting strategies.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to align ad strategies with US lead generation and e-commerce sales goals.
  • Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and calls-to-action for maximum user engagement and conversions.
  • Set up and manage tracking systems (Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics) for accurate campaign performance measurement.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze campaign data, making data-driven optimizations for improved results.
  • Implement remarketing and dynamic product ads to re-engage US prospects and customers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and platform updates for US-focused campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B tests and optimize ad creative, targeting, and product listings for increased conversions.
  • Provide performance reports and actionable recommendations to US clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in generating leads and driving e-commerce sales for US clients through Facebook and Google Ads.
  • Expertise in meta ads, lead generation strategies, and e-commerce functionalities.
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, audience segmentation, and targeting.
  • Analytical mindset to analyze campaign data and optimize performance.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with clients and teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Continuous learning mindset to stay updated in digital advertising and e-commerce.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related field preferred.

Salary:

Salary will be based on skills, experience, and proven track record. Social Prizm offers competitive compensation packages with growth opportunities.

Salary: Rs50,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
