We are looking for a full-time Senior Unity Developer to join our talented team at our Rawalpindi office. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing innovative and engaging games and applications using Unity 3D technology. In addition, the Senior Unity Developer will be expected to lead and mentor junior developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in Agile software development practices.

Job Responsibilities:

Leading the incorporation of advanced AI systems, dynamic and procedural level generation, advanced physics simulations, and complex character animations into the game development process.
Strongly focusing on optimizing game performance by identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks. This includes reducing draw calls, optimizing shaders, managing memory efficiently, and improving loading times.
Utilizing profiling tools and advanced optimization techniques to achieve optimal performance and ensure the game runs smoothly on various platforms.
Spearheading the creation of custom tools and editors to enhance the development process and increase productivity for the entire team.
Implementing advanced graphics features and visual effects, which involve working with shaders, post-processing effects, lighting and shadowing techniques, and particle systems.
Overseeing the development of games for multiple platforms, such as PCs and mobile devices, ensuring compatibility and smooth functionality across all platforms.
Leveraging your experience in virtual reality (VR) or augmented reality (AR) platforms to incorporate immersive features and technologies into the game.
Taking ownership of the monetization plugin integration, ensuring effective revenue generation strategies are implemented without compromising user experience.
Implementing measures to reduce crashes and ANRs, ensuring the game maintains high stability and reliability.
Mentoring and guiding team members within the development team, providing technical expertise and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of plans and foster business growth.

Requirements :

3 or more years of experience developing video games and mobile applications with Unity 3D
Proficient in C#, .NET, and Object-Oriented Programming
Strong understanding of game design principles, physics and mathematics, as well as experience implementing interactive and intuitive UI
Experience with mobile application development and integration of third-party libraries, such as Firebase and AdMob
Experience with version control systems such as Git or Subversion
Experience with Unity 2D, AR/VR or multiplayer development is a plus
Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, (master's degree preferred)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, demonstrating an ability to lead and mentor junior developers while working within cross-functional teams
