Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and services.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

  • Assist in the development of marketing materials and sales strategies.

  • Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry forums.

  • Conduct market research to analyze trends and competition.

  • Identify relevant tender opportunities from government, private, and international organizations that match our service offerings and strategic objectives.

  • Analyze tender requirements, terms, and conditions to determine feasibility and alignment with company capabilities.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (technical teams, finance, legal) to gather necessary information and develop comprehensive tender proposals.

  • Prepare and submit compelling tender responses that meet all requirements and deadlines.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients and partners involved in tender processes.

  • Track and report on tender outcomes and maintain a database of tender opportunities and submissions.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor activities related to tendering.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in business development or sales roles, specifically in tender management and proposal writing.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach to business development.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
