Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

  • Proven experience in career counseling, academic advising, or related roles within the education sector.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with students.

  • Knowledge of educational systems, academic requirements, and career development resources.

  • Familiarity with career assessment tools and counseling techniques.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and counseling software.
