SUMMARY:
Answer phones to respond to orders generate sales, general customer inquiries, invoice questions, and customer complaints. Project a professional company image through phone interaction.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Answer phones and respond to customer requets. Sell product and place customer orders in computer system. Provide customers with product and service information.Up sell products and services. Complete call logs and reports. Recommend process improvements. Other duties as assigned.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provide on-the-job training for new employees.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
· Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills. Employee must be Punctual and should have friendly attitude.
· Experience would be preferred but good fresh starters who are dedicated would be in consideration as well.
WORKING CONDITIONS
· Working conditions are normal for an office environment.Friendly and proffessional. Neat and Clean.Organized. Drug free.
