For our ongoing projects, we are looking for experienced and highly capable ERP Support Officers as a part of our Implementation and Support Department. The work typically involves:
- Monitor and Manage Customer queries using Office Management Software
- Monitor and Manage Tasks for Support Department
- Closely work with the QA team.
- Conduct End User Trainings and User Acceptance Testing for ERP clients.
- Prepare and Manage User Manuals; keep them updated from time to time with inceremental deployments and deliverables.
- Coordinate and follow up with technical teams.
- Manage resolution within defined timelines associated with a complaint category.
- Develop a team work culture, aligned with the overall culture of Customer Service and Organization.
The successful candidates will be offered attractive salary package and incentives.
