Software Engineer - .NET Full Stack Developer

Global Rescue, a renowned membership organization specializing in integrated medical, security, intelligence, and crisis response services worldwide, is seeking a skilled .NET Full Stack Developer to join their team as a Software Engineer. Since its establishment in 2004, Global Rescue has been delivering best-in-class solutions that identify, monitor, and respond to threats and emergencies for consumers, enterprises, and governments. The ideal candidate for this mid-level position will have strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, Typescript/Angular, .NET MVC Framework 4.0 and above, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and MS SQL Server.

Key Responsibilities
Develop moderately complex software applications using C# and other relevant technologies, following GRID Systems coding standards and established software development methodologies. Provide reliable and effective solutions to a variety of technical challenges by applying sound problem-solving techniques. Conduct technical root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to resolve issues efficiently. Participate actively in product and application definition activities, including feature analysis and system trade-offs. Document solution designs, interfaces, implementations, and dependencies thoroughly to ensure clarity and maintainability. Design and develop JavaScript solutions and plugins to extend Microsoft Dynamics functionality. Create and develop Web Services that expose Dynamics features to other systems. Develop and execute unit tests to maintain the functional integrity of software solutions. Mentor and assist junior software engineers, helping them overcome technical challenges and supporting their professional growth. Continuously learn and adopt new frameworks, tools, and technologies to enhance development capabilities. Perform database design, SQL programming, and develop reporting services as required. Undertake other technology-related tasks to support the team and project goals.

Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field from a reputable university or institution is essential. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in .NET application development. Strong hands-on expertise is required in the following areas: .NET Core, Angular, .NET MVC Framework 4.0 and above with C# and ASP.NET, Entity Framework and ADO.NET, Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery, as well as database design and T-SQL programming for MS SQL Server. A solid understanding of basic design patterns is also necessary. Practical experience working with or developing CRM/ERP systems is essential. Proven knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and experience extending its functionality through plugins and Web Services is highly valued. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are critical for success in this role.
