We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented professional to join our team as a Solar Sales and Marketing Executive based in Faisal Town, Lahore. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a marketing background and experience in the solar industry to contribute to a rapidly growing sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting solar products and services, engaging potential customers, and driving sales to achieve company targets. This position requires on-site work and close collaboration with sales and marketing teams to strengthen brand presence and expand the customer base.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies tailored to solar products.
- Identify and engage potential clients through diverse marketing channels.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide accurate product information and customer support.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and offer feedback to enhance marketing campaigns.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in solar sales or marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve or surpass sales goals.
- Solid understanding of solar energy products and market dynamics.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Competitive salary ranging from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 90,000 per month, commensurate with experience and performance.
