ERP Software Support Officer

Solution Hut (www.solhut.com) is a Software Solution provider company with expertise in ERPs, web Development, & IT Solutions. We are in the business of providing integrating information systems for local & international enterprises, businesses and organizations.

Currently we have 1 opening for a “Software Support Officer” for its ERP products.

Skills Required:

2-3 years of experience in Software Support & Implementation.
Must have strong Accounting Concepts.
Knowledge on Desktop Client / Server Applications
Must have worked in ERP / Accounting Software implementation and its support.
Should be able to Configure Various Chart of Account, Reports & Business Processes.
Ability to work closely with Development Team.
Should have good oral and written communication skills

Role & Responsibilities

Installation, Configuration & Troubleshooting Of Software Components Remotely/On site.
Assess/evaluate client requirements against scope of project, manage project plan and schedule.
Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, client responsiveness, and thorough communication.
Troubleshooting Software/Hardware/Networking/OS related queries of customers over Phone or Physical Visit.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects/tasks simultaneously.
