SolutionWin Technologies (PVT) Limited, a software services company specializing in building enterprise, mobile & web solutions. We are looking for ideal candidate who has the ability to plan, develop reports and analyses, HR policies including recruitment and selection, induction and orientation and compensation management.
- Assist to formulate and implement new approaches, HR policies and procedures.
- Assist to shortlist and evaluate candidates and conduct HR interviews.
- Conduct salary meetings at the end of every month.
- Compile letters, templates, designs, layouts, contract documents with candidates.
- Manage time and attendance system and generate weekly/monthly attendance reports.
- Manage leave balances for all employees.
- Handling employee queries regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
- Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
- Organizing and managing regular Monthly/Anually Events.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor / Masters in HRM or related fields.
- Must have some proven professional working experience in HR Skills Required.
- Experience in building polices, rules and procedures.
- Well knowledge of rules and procedures relevant to IT companies
- Proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Good verbal & written communication skills
Part Time / Full Time:
- Min Exprience for part time opportunity is 3+ Years.
- Min Exprience for full time opportunity is 1 year.
