The ideal candidate will be a qualified contract engineer with minimum of 5 years of experience in housing projects.

This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of quantity surveying, quantity takeoff, all steps related to project design, execution, completion, and communication with all parties in a timely manner.
This candidate should have experience in all exterior renovation and restoration trades; as well as town planning, residential, commercial, and design elements.
Candidate should be able to review execution of scope and conduct quality assurance on work in progress.
Candidate should have a detailed understanding of international designs and aesthetics.

Responsibilities

Quantity Surveying
Quantity Takeoff
Cost Calculations
Detailed understanding of plans, specifications, and industry standards.
Draft As-Built Drawings which clearly outline all details associated with work
Town planning design and design vetting
Residential and commercial design
Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards
Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction process
Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in architecture
5+ Years’ experience as Contract Engineer or Quantity Surveyor
5+ Years’ experience in using on-screen takeoff software
3+ Years’ experience in AutoCAD
Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
Recommended experience using 3ds, Sketchup, Revit, and Photoshop
