The E-Commerce Operations Manager is responsible for E-Commerce Clothing Business Operations including the Digital Marketing, Customer Care, Supply Chain Management, and Fulfillment.
The Ideal candidate will be a natural problem solver and will enjoy working closely with merchant, marketing and business partners to identify opportunities for efficiency and performance improvement.
The candidate will own driving the heritage e-com project roadmap, including building testing and KPI measurement.
This position owns communication with our third party service provider. This position will measure and report on key performance indicators and provide actionable data to inform decisions to improve the business
