Job Purpose

Hutchison Ports Pakistan is hiring young talents who wish to explore career opportunities with us and develop himself /herself to be a Certificate Planner up to the highest standards of Hutchison Ports. The recruited candidate(s) will undergo 3 stage certification programme (18 months) in terminal at Karachi and upon satisfactory completion of the programme, the candidate will be offered with position of Planner in our terminal.

JOB Description

Provide centralized and intergrated control and planning service to Group Business Units (BUs).
Deliver timely planning service to BUs for Ops executions.
Understanding the principles of logistics and terminals operations
Ensure all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, and ISO requirements.
Work with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations.
Build relationships within the company and with external parties, such as yard & ship planner of other terminals.
Keep detailed records, generate reports and develop presentations to help management understand the operations perspective.
