We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing and Design Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and a solid understanding of marketing principles. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing marketing materials, managing our website, and generating leads through various channels.

Responsibilities:

Designing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and digital assets.
Managing and updating our website to ensure a seamless user experience and optimize lead generation.
Developing and implementing marketing campaigns to promote our products/services and attract new customers.
Analyzing marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies and initiatives.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and design.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing, graphic design, and website management.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and lead generation strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
