QA play an important role into Scrum team deliverable. If we don't hire QA in the new scrum team, then it may impact on the quality of the product which will be delivered by respective scrum team. This position also supports regular release cycles and maintenance testing. This role is critical to ensure that continual coordination and communication occurs across distributed software development teams. Without this role, new scrum team deadlines will be missed.
