The Title: Specialist Research Network

The Location: Islamabad, Pakistan

The Grade: 07(relevant for internal employees only)

The Role: Investment Research Entitlements Specialist, Research Network. This is a client facing role, which is responsible for leading and supporting our investment research product, its related commercial activities and provide specialty support service.

The Team: The Research Support team will enable you to become a successful professional and gain valuable global exposure by working closely with the world’s largest investment banks, investment management, private equity firms and corporations.

The Impact: You will be responsible for effectively ensuring that our clients are properly entitled to have the correct access setup for third-party investment research on our platforms, supporting sales and commercial efforts to drive revenue, and retaining and supporting contributor relationships with our research providers globally.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and improve existing Research Network operations to ensure client satisfaction and help benefit our company, clients, and research providers
Provide detailed support for research providers, including entitling/disentitling their clients and providing training on reporting/processing tools
Analyze and troubleshoot Client Support Requests received for issues related to the Capital IQ Investment Research product
Provide analytics that supports our sales team and help continue growing our research business, including generating and communicating client-ready entitlement reports and email templates
Identify entitlement issues for current subscribers and minimize the risk of cancellation

What are we looking for:

Working Hours: 6PM – 3AM PK ST (US Eastern Hours)
Fluency in verbal and written English; knowledge of other foreign language is a plus
BA/BS degree and previous experience in Client Support and Sales Support is a plus
Strong analytical skills; workable understanding of MS Excel
Knowledge of MS Excel VBA and DBMS is a plus
Great listening skills and responsive
Personal initiative and ability prioritize and multi-task efficiently and effectively
Ability to work independently while still interacting within an integrated team structure
Proficient ability to navigate and use common computer programs
