-Writes, coordinates and places job advertising in various media
-Coordinates regular open-house presentations and organizes career fairs, campus recruiting, and public job fair events
-Reviews applications and conducts telephone interviews of applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about the organization and position
-Organize, lead and document post-interview debrief/feedback with interview teams and candidates, works with temporary staffing agencies to identify and recruit candidates.
-Occasional evening and weekend availability required for career fairs and recruiting events.
