The Role: Social Media Marketing Specialist

Location: Rawalpindi, Pakistan

The Team: Spantronics work with multiple USA based clients in the field of Insurance, home improvement and renewal energy. We are fast growing organization and expanding our social media team. You will become a part of a multinational culture having a presence in Pakistan, Philippines and United States.

Responsibilities:

· Content creation for Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn. ( Eye Catchy Graphic posts )

· Strategies and implementation for user engagement and organic growth

· Create/Run/Monitor ads for FB and Google campaigns

· Website Maintenance/SEO for the website/Landing page [optional]

· Posting in relevant groups/forms

· Designing, Development and implementation of SMM Strategies

· Creation of Infographic

· Hashtag outreach

· Email Marketing ( Email Template design + Marketing)

· Using analytical tools and reporting

· Define most important social media KPIs

· Manage and oversee social media content

· Measure the success of every social media campaign

· Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies

· Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer

· Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification

· Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community

· Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules

· Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information

· Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.

What we’re looking for:

· 1 year working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist

· Excellent rich content creations skills (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills

· 1+ year experience in using social analytics tools knowledge

· Basic knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO

· Basic knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels

· Excellent English writing/speaking skills.

· BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
