Key Responsibilities:

Support to project planning and implementation
Manage and regularly update project measurement tools including, but not limited to spreadsheets, presentations, project progress tracking and narrative reporting.
Assist in development and implementation of monthly work plan and reports
Maintain records in accordance with program protocols and guidelines
Facilitate monitoring of project activities in the field
Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation of the project’s progress
Prepare blogs, press briefings and other relevant material to be shared with the stakeholders.
Responsible to collect updated information from government, NGOs, UN and relevant stakeholders in order to fulfill the coordination or operational duties of the project
Work with government and local authorities, leaders, individuals and groups to implement activities of the project
Assist the implementation teams in the operational procedures: travel authorization, request for perdiem, justification of funds
Establish contact with appropriate partner agencies when basic or special needs be identified.
Undertake duty travels as required
Reviewing of supporting documents and bills
Preparation of requests for filed activities
Such other duties as may be assigned

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelors or Master Degree social Science or any relevant discipline
Minimum 01 year of experience in development and social sector.
Very good verbal, written and presentation skills.
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong organizational skills and resourcefulness
Willingness and ability to travel
