Interact with employees to provide problem resolution in terms of hardware and software via the Service Now portal, telephone and through DTC for WAN Network & infrastructure, Network Installation, Server’s administrations, applications administrations, Installations & configurations.
Provide accurate and complete descriptions of problems, inquiries, and requests in a problem management ticket.
Escalate problems and requests according to established procedures.
Research end-user problems to determine root cause.
Maintain accountability and ownership of incident/request tickets.
Provide proactive end-user management notification of problems.
Provide closed looped contact with end-users to verify final solution and determine satisfaction level.
Install and configure IT equipment including laptops, Desktops, Network Printers/Scanners APs.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
Setup of users Accounts on Active Directory (Azure AD).
Configuration and troubleshooting of Office 365 account on Outlook.
Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
L1 and L2 support for all desktop and laptop users.
Create, Update, and maintain all IT asset inventory documentation.
Management of all IT inventory.
Creating IT related training material and providing them to required users.
Participate in training required to develop and maintain skills.
