We are seeking for a call center sales representative (outbound US campaign). The candidate should be proficient and at ease speaking English and possess strong communication skills. The preference would be for any past Call Center expertise.
Candidate should have knowledge about
E-services such as Digital Marketing Google Ads, Social media marketing, SEO Services, Website Development, Website Design, WordPress Website Design Development mobile apps design development, etc.
We'll pay a zasic wage (between 25k and 40K depending on expertise) and a commission on sales. The work hours will be from 6:00 pm to 3:00 am PST, Monday through Friday.
Experienced & Fresher Both are Welcome
Responsibilities
- Handle many outbound calls to customers and clients.
- Identify the needs of customers.
- Maintain good customer relations.
- Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets.
- Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data.
- Write and submit timely reports on performance, targets, and customer queries.
Qualifications
Must have good communications skills.and have good experience in outbound calls.
