We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Executives - IT Solutions for our night shift operations.

As a Sales Executive at Spearlogics Solutions, you will play a crucial role in promoting our cutting-edge IT solutions to businesses across various industries.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential B2B clients to introduce Spearlogics Solutions' IT services and products.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through lead generation and cold calling.
Understand clients' IT needs and provide tailored solutions.
Achieve sales targets and quotas by closing deals and generating revenue.
Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and improve sales techniques.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and our product offerings.

Job Requirements:

Fluent English accent and exceptional communication skills.
Ability to work the night shift (8 PM - 5 AM).
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
Sales-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus but not required (fresh resources are welcome).
Familiarity with IT solutions, hardware, software, cloud computing, or cybersecurity is advantageous.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
