Shipments booking and finalization in operation department.
Generate house airway bills for corporate and consumer shipments agent wise.
Marking & tallying material received from whole area with domestic manifest.
Processing the export and import shipments as per SOP’s.
Cross-checking all the relevant documentation required to process the shipment
Highlighting booking mistakes & errors with the concerns.
Highlight weight difference issues with the concerns.
Finalizing shipments received from network to DC.
Forwarding the export shipments on timely manner.
Prepare E-form report and forward to agent.
Record keeping of export related paperwork.
Preparation of pre-alerts e-mails, export manifest, hold shipment reports.
Respond to queries from other departments in a timely manner.
Perform any additional task or reporting assigned by line manager.
Responsible to move 100% shipments that are available on the operations floor and whatever that is coming from other stations, areas & hubs
Proper filing of records for daily movements.
