We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Team Lead / Project Manager for Sales and Business Development. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing the sales team and driving business growth by identifying and securing new customers and sales opportunities. You will play a pivotal role in developing long-term relationships with clients, representing the company in various events, and ensuring successful project management from inception to completion. The ideal candidate should be a highly motivated and results-driven professional with exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Business Development:

  • Lead the sales team in identifying new customers and opportunities.
  • Develop action plans to secure new business for the company.
  • Target potential clients who can benefit from our products/services.
  • Maximize client potential in designated regions through market analysis.

Tender Participation and Sales Support:

  • Oversee participation in tenders, ensuring competitive proposals.
  • Provide pre-sales and after-sales support to the team.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations based on customer requests.

Forecasting and Budgeting:

  • Prepare accurate forecasts and budgets to guide decision-making.
  • Analyze sales and cost data to identify trends and improvements.

Business Affiliations and Partnerships:

  • Develop strong affiliations with multinational brands.
  • Cultivate productive relationships with partners for mutual growth.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Interpret client requirements for excellent service delivery.
  • Persuade clients that our products meet their needs.

Sales Reporting and Presentations:

  • Prepare comprehensive sales reports for management.
  • Represent the company in trade shows and events.

Team Coordination and Support:

  • Coordinate with the sales team and technical experts.
  • Provide training and support materials for the team.

Outsourcing and Vendor Management:

  • Research and obtain quotes for outsourced components.
  • Evaluate vendors and negotiate favorable terms.
