We are looking for a RMS/ERP Deployment executive who will be responsible for deployment, training and technical support

.The persons having experience in Retail or supply chain Management are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

RMS/ERP Software deployment, implementation and functioning to different clients in Retail Industry
Deployment/ maintenance and updation of client system
Resolving client issues and provide service with best customer support
Training the clients and making follow up call to build strong relation with our clients
Lead customer support and be responsible for system
Works with Deployment Services Supervisors and Technicians to coordinate and report on daily basis
Look after the on-going deployments and quality work in daily schedules.

Shift:

Morning 9AM to 6PM

Location:

Lahore

Requirements:

Minimum qualification ICS or Graduation
Pro efficient in Windows, Microsoft Word/Excel
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are must to ensure positive customer experience
Applicant must have ability to work under pressure and to satisfy customer needs
Having well understanding of RMS/ERP and Point of sales systems
Basic knowledge of Retail Industry and Retail Management Software
Traveling within city is required for this position
