SQA Engineer

We are looking for a committed Software Quality Assurance (SQA) professional with a solid background in services-based companies to join our team in an onsite capacity at Wapda Town, Lahore. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in software quality assurance and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This role demands hands-on expertise in testing web, mobile, and API applications, along with a strong grasp of QA methodologies and tools. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute quality assurance activities across three to four projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with quality standards.
- Perform thorough testing of web and mobile applications to detect defects and verify that functionality aligns with requirements.
- Conduct API testing with practical experience to validate backend services and system integrations.
- Carry out basic database testing to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Apply established QA methodologies, tools, and processes to uphold high-quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve issues effectively to support continuous product and process improvements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of two years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance.
- Proven experience working in services-based companies is essential.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
- Hands-on experience in testing web and mobile applications.
- Practical knowledge and experience in API testing.
- Basic understanding of database testing concepts.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
