Required attributes and responsibilities:

Ensure the maintenance of good order and discipline among students and staff at all time.
Able to make day to day decisions for her assigned level.
Has an extensive understanding of Cambridge curriculum.

Has substantial experience of monitoring and evaluation, target setting, school improvement planning and curriculum leadership.
Has the ability to engage all stakeholders, including parents, teachers, guardian and/or community, in order to enhance children’s academic performance and personal development.
Holds frequent meeting with parents/guardians to abreast them regarding child’s academic performance and personal development.
Can provide maximum opportunities to the students for co-curricular participation by organizing events or diverting them to the right platform.
Plan strategies to improve the results of students who are struggling in some/all subjects.
Possess a good computer knowledge to manage and monitor distant learning effectively.
Understand key roles and responsibilities of a head teacher.
Counsel children for academic and personal issues.
