We seek a Data Archiving Executive to manage and organize company data records effectively. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, storing, retrieving, and securing both digital and physical records. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update records (digital and physical) systematically.
Organize documents for easy retrieval and reference by relevant departments.
Scan, label, and digitally archive paper documents into the company database.
Assist in verifying data accuracy before archiving.
Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive files.
Coordinate with different departments to manage document transfer.
Conduct regular audits of stored data for accuracy and completeness.
Dispose of expired or redundant files securely according to company policy.
Maintain inventory of archived materials.
Support the team in any administrative tasks related to record-keeping.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Intermediate to Bachelor’s Degree
Age Limit: 20 to 30 years
Gender: Male/Female
Experience: Fresh to 1 year of relevant experience (training will be provided)
Skills:
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Scanning tools)
Good organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
